We use highly effective products that are kid- and pet-safe. Do keep in mind that some of these products require people and pets to remain away from treated areas for a period of time, which varies based on the product and situation. We’ll always ensure that you’re fully informed about the products we’re using and what you need to do for the safest and most effective treatment. We also carry all-natural products for certain pests and are happy to discuss the options with you. Our vehicles are fully stocked, so no matter what we decide is right for your property, we’ll be ready to treat when we arrive.

We are pragmatic and realistic in our approach. We seek to solve your problem in as few visits as possible. This saves you time and money. Our approach is different from the bigger companies, who are only interested in maximizing revenue. While our quick, efficient service might not make us as much money in the short term, we believe that if every customer we serve is highly satisfied, we will get more opportunities to help new clients. We have up-front and honest pricing. Dylan, our owner, is usually able to give you either an exact quote or a ballpark estimate over the phone. He doesn’t believe in locking customers into long-term contracts. We want to earn your business every time.

We cater to your specific needs. If you want to be reactive and call us when you have a specific, visible problem, that works for us! If you’d like to prevent certain pests from ever appearing, we can do that too.


We also take things one step at a time. For example, if you’ve never had a problem with ants in the ten years you’ve lived at your house, we can get rid of the ones you’re seeing now and then wait to see if they come back. Conversely, if you’ve lived at your house for five years and you’ve had issues with ants every year, maybe we should consider some level of prevention. Regardless of what you decide, we outline the plan so you know exactly what we are doing and what you are paying for.
